Short duration (e.g. half or one day) workshops offering e.g. Introduction to Mindfulness, Essential Self-care etc.


Courses are longer duration and can lead to a qualification e.g. Tuning Fork Sound Practitioner.


Retreats are deeply nourishing and a chance to re-connect with yourself. e.g. Yoga and Meditation Retreat.

Regular Groups

These are regular groups e.g. monthly Reiki Circle and Next Steps Compassionate Community.
