A wonderfully insightful series of workshops, combining the healing properties of flower essences with deeply relaxing sound meditation, guided inner journeying and the symbolism of changing seasons.
Linda Perry, of Natural Magick Flower Essences, and I have teamed up to bring you this exciting new series of one-day self-development workshops, teaching you how to interweave the healing power of nature with your own innate wisdom.
During this ‘magickal’ day, I will lead you through sound meditation and guided journeys, to a place of inner stillness, where you will connect with your inner wisdom and the magic of the plant kingdom. You will then be invited to venture out into the beautiful gardens and surrounding fields at Higher Combe Retreat to choose a flower, herb or tree that connects with whatever your soul needs at that time.
(If weather permits we will meditate outside)
Throughout the day Linda will share her vast knowledge of the healing properties and messages of flower essences, and teach you how to make your own personal essence with the plant(s) you have been guided to choose.
You will go home feeling relaxed, inspired and rejuvenated, armed with your individual, home-made flower essence blend, and a deeper connection with both your inner wisdom and nature.
Landscape
The house, gardens and adjoining fields (20 acres) at Higher Combe Retreat are enchanting and beautiful. The extensive gardens contain mature, landscaped flower beds, a vegetable garden, herb garden, orchard (containing apple, pear and plum trees), and a small woodland area. You are warmly invited to walk around and enjoy all of this beautiful land during the day.
There is ample free parking at Higher Combe and an opportunity to stay overnight if you are travelling some distance (please contact me for details).
