One-Day Workshop – Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This deeply relaxing and restorative workshop will open up the doorway to inner calm and peace, by introducing you to the key principles of Mindfulness practice.

You will learn core techniques throughout the day, dropping deeper into stillness with each practice, and will leave with helpful tips on how to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life – both at home and at work.
