A practical self-help workshop for individuals, couples or groups (adults, children & teenagers)

This half-day workshop integrates holistic therapies, mindfulness, energy medicine and life coaching to teach you practical self-help techniques.

During this half day session you will learn:

  • common acupressure and reflexology points to release blocked energy that can lead to pain
  • basic pranayama (breathing) practices that will improve the flow of energy and reduce stress
  • a simple routine to tap away anxiety
  • vibrational medicine exercises to clear, cleanse and balance your energy

Reduce Stress Anxiety & Pain
You will be shown how to apply these simple, helpful practices on yourself (or a partner) and be able to incorporate them into your daily life, in order to manage symptoms of stress, anxiety and pain.

Suitable for individuals and also for couples who wish to learn how to support their partner and help them to manage their symptoms.

Also suitable for children and young people, particularly during stressful exam season.
