A relaxing and informative half-day introduction to sound healing using both tuning forks and singing bowls. Over the course of 3 hours, you will learn how to use the vibration of sound to still your mind, calm your autonomic nervous system, relax your body and identify areas where your energy may be blocked.

Introduction to Sound Reflexology

A comprehensive one-day Sound Reflexology workshop, teaching you how to combine Tuning Fork Sound Therapy with Reflexology and Self-Care. Throughout this practical and insightful day of CPD training, you will learn:

How to use the Weighted OM tuning fork to balance the Meridian, Chakra and Endocrine Systems, as part of a Reflexology treatment. How to use the OM tuning fork for relaxation, meditation, grounding and to clear energy in-between client sessions, as well as how to integrate sound and reflexology within your regular self-care routine.
